What can we expect from the Arizona Legislature
in 2018 and how it Impacts our Industry

Presented by: Spencer Kamps, Vice President Legislative Affairs, Home Builders Association of Central Arizona

Spencer will present an update of the current session of the Arizona Legislature and what we can expect as an industry in the next year. As we look for infrastructure funding we will find out if the agenda for the year includes good news for all of us! He will also give us a forecast of what is happening in the Residential market as well as the workforce and how we are working to provide much needed labor to Arizona contractors.

About our Speaker: Spencer Kamps

I have worked at the Home Builders Association of Central Arizona as their Vice President of Legislative Affairs for over 15 years. In this capacity I am responsible for all Legislative and Executive branch agencies representing the industry on environmental issues, land use, taxation, regulatory issues, and water policy. Prior to this, I served as the Deputy Director of General Services for the Arizona Department of Administration and on the staff for Governor Fife Symington.
